Emboldened by a stack of long-forgotten letters penned by the Northern Belle frontwoman Stine Andreassen's grandfather, Bats In The Attic weaves a rich musical narrative that roams the realms of life, death, and everything in between. For Andreassen, the album's inspiration stemmed from this treasure trove of 60-year-old letters exchanged between her grandparents. These missives, hidden away in an attic for three decades, served as the catalyst for introspection and exploration.
