Produced by former Wilco drummer and noted producer Ken Coomer (Margo Price, Vance Joy, Wilco), Quiet Hollers' Shadwick Wilde releases his stunning new solo album, Forever Home - his first in 12 years!

Shadwick Wilde is nothing if not persistent. His remarkable journey, which has seen him traverse San Francisco, Havana, and Amsterdam during his youth, has now found a stable home base in Louisville, Kentucky. Remarkably, this newfound stability has only ignited his creative spirit, and the world is all the better for it.

Cutting his teeth as a guitarist for punk and hardcore bands, Wilde quickly evolved into a gifted songwriter. He introduced his talents to the world with the outstanding album Unforgivable Things in 2010. This marked the inception of his band, Quiet Hollers, a collective that would take him to new heights as both a singer-songwriter and performer.

Following their debut album, I Am the Morning in 2013, Quiet Hollers embarked on a whirlwind of creativity. They released albums every two years, delivered captivating videos, earned glowing press while tirelessly touring both the United States and Europe. It was during this period that they achieved a breakthrough with their self-titled sophomore album, followed by the ambitious Amen Breaks, which captured the hearts of a growing legion of fans who were enthralled by their dynamic live performances. The band's relentless pace is epitomized by the memorable "Pressure" video, where they're flattened by the colossal professional wrestler Kongo Kong, symbolizing the unforgiving nature of the music industry.

Fast forward nearly a decade, and Wilde decided to step back from the exhausting album/tour cycle. In the prolific years of 2019 and 2020, he crafted an astounding three albums: a stripped-down solo collection recorded on his Kentucky farm, an exquisite offering for Quiet Hollers alumni in the form of the 2022 release Forever Chemicals, and finally, his first proper solo album in 12 years, the phenomenal Forever Home.

Forever Home is a soothing oasis in Shadwick Wilde's relentless artistic journey, and it's a most welcome one. While he continues to explore various facets of life and nurture diverse projects, he's taken the time to delve into the emotional landscape of family life. Despite encountering challenges along the way, he's found contentment and shared it with us through his music.
