Hellafied contains vibrant and energetic recordings, the bulk of which are from a lost 1998 album, and includes both original material and sensational cover songs. Besides perhaps, the Stray Cats, the recently departed Robert Gordon along with Chris Spedding were arguably the two most important figures to come out of the late '70s rockabilly revival. Hellafied serves as fitting tribute to Gordon's legacy.
