Tim "Ripper" Owens succeeded Rob Halford, joining Judas Priest in May 1996. Owens had previously been an unknown prior to being hired on to record his first Priest album, the Grammy-nominated Jugulator. His fairy-tale life inspired the movie Rock Star starring Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston. And now he returns with a new solo record called Return To Death Row.
