Salsa superstar Marc Anthony’s long-awaited new LP Pa’lla Voy finds him once again teaming up with Sergio George, the producer who helped him re-invent salsa music for a new generation on Anthony’s 1993 debut Otra Notra.

Written and recorded in Miami during the pandemic, the global sensation brought fresh minds on board for Pa’lla Voy, collaborating with young composers through his record label Magnus Music. Each track on the album may be written with a different writer, but the theme of falling in and out of love remains consistent through each track.

Some of those writers include Venezuelan brothers Santiago and Luigi Castillo and music producer Motiff, who, along with Sergio George worked on Marc’s hit song “Mala.” In addition, the album’s second single was written by the Cuban composer Lenier Mesa while Marc also collaborated with Edgar Barrera on the track “Yo le mentí.”
