Raza De Oro is a collection of Mexican roots music in tribute to the legacy of Mexican American culture. Guest artists include Ry Cooder and David Hidalgo. Los Cenzontles ('The Mockingbirds') is a Mexican-American Roots band, heavily influenced by Tejano music, country music, rock and roll, and traditional Mexican regional music such as Son Jarocho and boleros. The San Pablo, CA based group has performed with Linda Ronstadt, Los Lobos, Taj Mahal, and The Chieftains among others.
