After a 14-year hiatus, Les Savy Fav return with a vengeance as they let loose their long-awaited sixth album, OUI, LSF.

Rising from the depths of singer Tim Harrington's Brooklyn attic, OUI, LSF proves that no amount of time away can kill the momentum of Les Savy Fav. Harrington's attic, lovingly dubbed "a freaky barn," served as the unlikely birthplace of the album, springing up from the ashes of black mold and plywood. It was a space unlike any they had recorded in before, providing the perfect environment for a much-needed rebirth. As Harrington quips, "The record grew organically - literally and figuratively," with the title and cover art sprouting from a humble patch of grass.

OUI, LSF is a sonic sojourn marked by tracks like "Legendary Tippers," "Limo Scene," and "Somebody Needs A Hug," each bearing the unmistakable stamp of Les Savy Fav's own blend of anxious rhythms and sardonic lyrics. Since their inception at Rhode Island School of Design in Providence back in 1995, Harrington along with Seth Jabour, Syd Butler, Harrison Haynes, and Andrew Reuland have shown themselves to be one of the most ferocious live acts and creatively DIY bands on the underground scene.

Despite their lengthy hiatus, Les Savy Fav have remained a presence in the hearts of their fans. Not caring about the trappings of mainstream success, they've stayed true to their roots, relying on word-of-mouth and street-level support to sustain their career. For them, it's always been about the music and the connection it makes, forgoing trends and remaining only themselves. With OUI, LSF, they reclaim their standing as pioneers of the underground, proving their sound has no expiration date.
