Just as they’ve done for the past 15 years, Ruf Records launched the Blues Caravan 2020 tour by booking their rising blues talents, Jeremiah Johnson, Whitney Shay and Ryan Perry, into clubs across Europe. However, just as the tour was hitting the ground, the worldwide pandemic shut it all down.
