Frankenmuth, Michigan’s favorite sons, Greta Van Fleet are back with their long awaited Dave Cobb-produced third album. It will no doubt captivate audiences and solidify their place as one of the most exciting rock bands out there.

This time around, Greta Van Fleet have teamed up with Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb, known for his work with Chris Stapleton and Brandi Carlile, to craft a record that captures the raw energy of their electrifying live performances. Recorded at the legendary RCA Studios in Nashville, Starcatcher showcases the band's growth and maturity while exploring themes of fantasy, reality, light, and darkness.

For Greta Van Fleet, the creative process for Starcatcher was organic and instinctual. Guitarist Jake Kiszka explains, "We didn't really have to force or be intense about writing because everything that happened was very instinctual. If anything, the record is our perspective and sums up where we are as a group and individually as musicians." The album's ten tracks take listeners on a journey through a universe of the band's creation, introducing characters, concepts, and ideas that the band have hinted at throughout their previous records.

Bassist/keyboardist Sam Kiszka points out that Starcatcher builds upon the concepts explored in their critically acclaimed sophomore album, The Battle At Garden's Gate, but also signifies new beginnings. He muses, "When I imagine the world of Starcatcher, I think of the cosmos. It makes me ask a lot of questions, like 'Where did we come from?' or 'What are we doing here?' But it's also questions like, 'What is this consciousness that we have, and where did it come from?'"

Following the success of The Battle At Garden's Gate, which debuted at the top of multiple Billboard charts, Greta Van Fleet have solidified their position as one of rock's most exciting young acts. Their debut album, Anthem Of The Peaceful Army, achieved similar acclaim, reaching the number one spot on the Billboard Rock Album chart. In 2017, their EP From The Fires even won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Album.

Comprised of three brothers, vocalist Josh Kiszka, guitarist Jake Kiszka, bassist/keyboardist Sam Kiszka, and drummer Danny Wagner, Greta Van Fleet has become known for their energetic live performances and has graced prestigious stages worldwide. From Saturday Night Live to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the band has also made their mark on late-night television.

To celebrate the release of Starcatcher, Greta Van Fleet will embark on a massive world tour, commencing on July 24 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The tour includes stops at renowned venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York, The Forum in Los Angeles, and London's OVO Arena Wembley. Special guests Kaleo, Surf Curse, Mt. Joy, and Black Honey will join the band, making this tour a must-see event for rockers worldwide.
