The unstoppable force known as Frank Turner returns with Undefeated, daring listeners to celebrate defiance in the face of a world constantly in flux.

Frank Turner barely let the new year begin before launching it with the first blast from his new album Undefeated, the raucous "No Thank You For The Music,” a burst of catchy fury that captures his ethos in under four minutes. "It's good to remind yourself every now and again that being part of underground culture means, among other things, being unpopular," Turner explained, setting the tone for what was to come. And come Undefeated has. In a departure from his previous albums and return to his independent roots, Turner takes on the role of both artist and producer, recording the album in his new home studio on Mersea Island, Essex.

Turner's journey to independence was a deliberate choice, informed by years of introspection and observation. With a finger on the pulse of both his own career and what’s happening throughout the rock scene, Turner knows well the power of autonomy when it comes to making music. The album's lead single, the punchy pop singalong "Do One," sums up Turner's unapologetic spirit, urging listeners to ignore detractors and embrace their true selves. It's a sentiment that echoes throughout Undefeated.

As he navigates the complexities of adulthood, Turner infuses Undefeated with a blend of punk-rock fervor mixed with heartfelt introspection. Tracks like "Ceasefire" and "Letters" take on themes of nostalgia, loss, and resilience, showing Turner's willingness as a songwriter and storyteller to challenge you when not straight up bludgeoning you.

A hardened road warrior since 1998, Turner's relentless touring schedule has become legendary. Notably, his 2022 tour for the album FTHC saw him conquer all 50 states in 50 days, a record not challenged since George Thorogood & the Destroyers did the same in 1981/82. As he writes yet another chapter of his story with Undefeated, Turner's passion and dedication are an inspiration for fans old and new. In a world constantly changing, one thing remains certain: Frank Turner will be victorious.
