Josh Morningstar came to Nashville to meet Billy Don Burns about ten years ago. Josh wanted to meet BDB who had written songs for the old guard like Willie Nelson and Johnny Paycheck and new guys like Cody Jinks, Whitey Morgan and Colter Wall. Since then, these two troubadours have played shows together all over the country. Josh recently scored a hit with Cody Jinks’ “Must Be The Whiskey”. Ralph Miller recently got together with these guys and asked about them going into the studio and recording some of their stories and songs for this double vinyl album.
