FFS
FFS

When the seminal duo L.A.'s Sparks and Glasgow-based Franz Ferdinand decided to record together, it was a flawed and potentially disastrous idea, right? But you couldn’t be more wrong as FFS is one of the strongest albums of either bands’ career. Kimono My House-era Sparks fans will recognize how FFS highlights their classic “pop rock” DNA, which blends effortlessly with Franz Ferdinand’s exhilaratingly modern and witty rock sound. Different tracks feature different degrees of collaboration, but the end result is pure FFS. So in the right hands, collaborations DO work, and beautifully.
